The bill (Reg. No.8455) supports further implementation of the All-Ukrainian Program of Ukrainian Legislation Adaptation to the Legislation of the European Union, namely Directive of the European Parliament and Council of the EU from September 27, 2011 No 2001/77/EU (regarding guarantees of passage of an electric current) and necessity to observe requirements of the Law "On Licensing System in the Sphere of Economic Activity." Under the bill, formation and regulation of the market of renewable energy sources shall be based on harmonization of the national legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of unconventional renewable energy source with the EU legislation of the EU, primarily in part of simplification of system in the legislative sphere.
The Committee emphasized that the bill does not contradict the Law of the European Union.
